To support our continued growth and the growing tender demands we are looking for a Bid Executive (Tender Copywriter) to join our global tender team. In this role you will support through the full tender lifecycle, and by ensuring tender excellence and clearly illustrating why Voi is the obvious micromobility-partner to cities you will play a key role in our continued success. YOUR MISSION AT VOI

As Bid Executive (Tender Copywriter) you are responsible for providing critical support throughout the full tender management lifecycle, from RFIs and RFPs, to demos, presentations and final submission. In this role you will collaborate closely with other team members and internal stakeholders across the organisation to develop leading and persuasive content, tailored for each requirement and the specific cities. This will include:

  • Contributing in the pursuit and pre-tender phases, and supporting the Director of Tenders and other team members in building city knowledge and proposition strategies for high priority tenders
  • Managing end-to-end tender processes for prioritised tenders, including kick-off meetings, setting milestones and timelines for quality reviews, clarifications and submissions
  • Collaborating and communicating effectively with all involved team members and stakeholders to ensure clear roles, responsibilities and timelines
  • Leading the drafting, reviewing, proof-reading and amendment of content for responses to ensure agreed win themes and localisation
  • Supporting and collaborating with local markets to ensure quality tender translation when needed
  • Analysing tender response feedback from cities to support the continuous improvement of quality and win rate
  • Continuously reviewing content and processes to identify, improve and promote tender best practices
  • Collaborating closely with the rest of the team to continue the development of the tender content library (eg. write-ups, graphical elements and writing guidelines)
  • Supporting and contributing to the content, bid management technology and competitor intelligence strategy

WHAT YOU NEED TO EMBARK

We are looking for a detail oriented and collaborative bid professional with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to independently drive progress in multiple projects with strict deadlines. In addition to being professionally fluent in English, we believe the right person has: 

  • Experience in bid/tender management and knowledge of recognised bid methodologies (Shipley or similar)
  • Experience from writing bids/tender responses, experience from writing bids/tender responses for public sector is a merit
  • Understanding of different bid/tender cultures and experience from bid/tender response writing towards a variety of customers across different geographies
  • Previous experience from the micromobility industry is a merit
  • Professional fluency in additional European languages is a merit
