You will facilitate the entire billing and undertake a variety of financial and non-financial tasks to help guarantee our revenues. You will handle the processing billing adjustments along with the issuing of necessary paperwork. You will report to Credit and Billings Manager. We are operating on a hybrid model, and you will be in the office three days a week.

The Billings Specialist role will oversee the following across all countries in which Deliveroo operates;

  • Facilitate entire billing process for customers and be accountable for all billing elements of global customer relationships

  • Manage complex customer billing queries and disputes and working with the Account managers to ensure prompt resolution

  • Maintain accounts receivable files and records (Master data)

  • Assist The Credit control team with any reconciliation queries to aid efficient allocation of incoming payment and /or credit notes

  • Work with Billings and cash transaction manager with the coordination of billing related projects building relations with both internal and external partners to achieve specified outcomes

  • Assist Finance Op’s in providing reports on reconciliations exceptions and follow up on resolving these

  • Assist with Month End activities

  • Any other Ad-hoc duties

Requirements

  •  Highly organised with the ability to work under pressure and to work to demanding deadlines

  •  An understanding of P&L activity

  •  Systems experience and Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets)

Nice-to-haves:

  •   Experience using NetSuite

  •   Experience working for a multinational company.

  •  Experience using Looker data Platform
