Your Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for Habyt users, fostering positive relationships with tenants by promptly addressing concerns and resolving issues to ensure a high-quality experience.
  • Respond professionally and efficiently to ongoing support queries from our valued members.
  • Prioritize and manage support tickets to maintain a consistently high level of service and an organized, up-to-date ticket pipeline.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of an outstanding tenant experience.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for landlords, providing clear communication and proactively addressing any concerns.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to maintain high-quality standards, coordinating necessary maintenance activities as needed.
  • Coordinate with external maintenance providers to ensure that repairs, maintenance, and service requests are handled promptly and to a high standard.
  • Your Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a university program, ideally in business, real estate, property management, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic experience in customer service or support is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with an eagerness to learn and develop in a high-growth company.
