Your Responsibilities

You coordinate and support the launch of the Raisin platform in Finland. Work towards the overarching goals of growing Raisin’s customer base and Assets under Administration in the Finnish market, i.e. increase market penetration and share of wallet. This means you will:

  • Work together with various departments across the firm on a wide variety of topics to ensure a quick, smooth and successful launch of the Finnish platform, adapting to local needs, standards and regulations where required.
  • Contribute to the conception and execution of (performance) marketing, PR and other distribution initiatives, geared towards the needs of our (future) target audiences.
  • Build out the product offering and increase the number of banks on our platform, working closely with the business development and partner bank management team.
  • Support in assessing and improving the user experience for customers and increasing conversion – from A/B testing, via optimizing landing pages and communications to adding value-add content.
  • Weigh in on and improve operations and (internal) processes in joint efforts with the product, operations and customer service teams.
  • Track and analyse execution of our growth strategy, general market development and competition in the Finnish market, where you play an active role in both drawing (the right) conclusions as well as implementing potential improvements immediately yourself.

Your Profile

  • You recently completed a Bachelors- or Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance or similar.
  • You command excellent communication skills, fluent in Finnish and English, German is a nice-to-have.
  • You have demonstrated first working experience in a (financial) services or (Fin)Tech company – beyond that, a solid understanding of (online) customer acquisition and a passion for great user experiences is a plus.
  • You are characterized as proactive, hands-on and result-oriented working style.
  • You have demonstrated to be an out-of-the-box thinker and use strong analytical skills to solve problems and constantly improve your work environment for the better.
  • You are sincerely curious about new tasks and topics and not afraid to take large challenges.
  • You handle or pick up on Excel, PowerPoint, and other analytical tools with ease.
  • You have shown an excellent academic performance.
