Be there from the beginning and implement our cloud-based strategy with us.From the IT department, Raisin Bank's IT applications are implemented and supported in projects. We successfully take care of the coordination and implementation of requirements that arise, for example, from our partners, internal specialist departments or from regulatory requirements.With modern, cloud-based tools, we optimally support the processes of our startup cooperation partners.
Your ResponsibilitiesIdentify and document the requirements of external and internal customers in collaboration with specialist departments.
Recognize and leverage digitalization opportunities to enhance processes and systems.
Optimise internal processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the organisation.
Accompany all project phases, from development to implementation, testing, and rollout of applications and systems.
Ensure smooth cooperation with service providers and stakeholders.
Prepare for agile Scrum Sprints by analysing requirements and testing solution concepts.
Take ownership of products within your team, ensuring transparency and effective communication throughout the product life cycle.
Gain a comprehensive understanding of our product, including the ability to evaluate and understand the code, to ensure alignment with business requirements.
Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field.
At least two years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst.
Experience in the banking environment is a plus.
Basic understanding of cloud-based tools and modern IT systems.
Strong ability to abstract and organise systematically.
Experience with classical and agile working methods.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of business intelligence tools (e.g., Looker) is a plus
Strong team spirit and ability to work collaboratively.
