Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst reporting to our VP of Business Development, Enterprise Solutions to manage, coordinate and provide valuable insights to support strategic business projects and decisions for the Enterprise Solutions Team. We want to empower everyone at Teads to make data-driven decisions and as a champion of data-driven strategy, you will be at the forefront of aligning our business goals and growth strategy with actionable insights derived from comprehensive data analysis. Your analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to understand and translate complex business requirements into actionable insights will be essential for the success of our projects.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the team with target setting, tracking, modeling and forecasting the business along with development of new business tools
- Assisting with weekly revenue reporting for the team, providing insight and analysis for key stakeholders, collecting and managing the key datasets
- Design and automate reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights for informed decision-making
- Supporting with quarterly business reviews and presentations in Excel and PowerPoint, to be circulated amongst senior management
- Support commercial projects with data insights, financial analysis and monitor the revenue impact of these initiatives by defining and monitoring relevant metrics and reporting them regularly to key stakeholders
- Document current business processes with the Business Operations Lead, identify inefficiencies, and propose optimizations to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Analyse the different dashboard autonomously to identify interesting trends and insights, identify new growth opportunities and regularly share these insights with the wider team
- Drive ad-hoc studies and self-serve data exploration, by building self-serve BI tools, and providing documented business models
- Spread BI knowledge and best practices, by animating BI rituals (workshops, trainings, demos, etc.) and keeping a good relationship with data enthusiasts of the wider organization (BI Analytics Team including product and business analysts)
- Ensuring data quality and accuracy of business-related data within BI tool by conducting regular quality checks and liaising with relevant teams involved in data ingestion
Your Skills And Experience
- Min 3 years of experience as a Business/Data Analyst
- Bachelor or Master degree in business, economics, marketing finance, statistics or mathematics
- Advanced knowledge of SQL and BI tools (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, SiSense, Qlik, Domo, etc.).
- Ability to efficiently communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Data-driven mindset and proactive approach
- Passionate, innovative, and fast learner
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Fluent in English
Bonus Points
- Experience with modern data warehousing solutions (BigQuery, SnowFlake, Redshift, etc.).
- An understanding and appreciation of SaaS or platform-based businesses, Media, Digital Advertising, including DSPs, SSPs, DMPs
- Experience in coding (eg. Python)
