Partnering with stakeholders within the Technical Services (post-sales support) team, Analytics team, and other teams around the business, this role will surface key insights to drive business decision making. This role requires someone with strong analytical and technical skills, operational experience driving efficiencies, ability to apply a data-first mindset to strategic initiatives, and who is comfortable working across multiple functional areas in a fast-paced, challenging environment.

Responsibilities
  • Drive analyses of Technical Services’ business processes, pricing models, deal structures, and more; highlight actionable insights to management and communicate trends apparent in TS business data that help the business grow and scale.
  • Prepares data for, organizes, and executes recurring sales forecast and revenue management meetings for the Premium Services function
  • Partner closely with Data Analysis and GTM & Sales functions to assess impacts of corporate initiatives on Technical Services, and propose readiness recommendations to support those initiatives.
  • Partner with the Data Analysis, Data Engineering, and Data Architecture teams to ensure data is ingested, cleaned, configured, and documented in a consistent, accurate manner.
  • Consult stakeholders and provide guidance on what data and reporting they need to measure performance, evaluate initiatives, etc.; design and build dashboards to empower stakeholders to self-serve according to requirements
Skills & Attributes
  • 5+ years of hands-on analytics and business reporting experience (or 3+ years of experience with MBA or equivalent degree), ideally within or partnering with customer-facing organizations
  • Skilled at cleaning, transforming, and blending data via programmatic methods (Python and/or SQL preferred)
  • Strong understanding of sales processes (especially around SaaS subscriptions) and data analysis techniques
  • Experience reporting on Salesforce data
  • Experience working with senior management and presenting to senior / executive leadership
  • Ability to query, transform and analyze raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations
  • Experience creating automated dashboards designed for user self-service in Tableau
  • Effective at communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Effective at communicating data stories and signals, especially as they relate to business performance and strategy
  • Able to evaluate competing priorities and tradeoffs within own responsibilities and work with manager to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
  • Committed to contributing to a collaborative, enjoyable, and psychologically safe work environment
  • Experience with Technical Support businesses/ products is a major plus
  • Experience with product management is a plus
