About the Role:

You will be essential in expanding our market reach and sales in the US market from your base in Pune. You will engage with potential clients, develop relationships, and close sales, contributing directly to our growth and success in the sector.

Job Title: Business Development Representative 

Location: Pune, India

Experience Level: 2 - 5 years

What you’ll do:
  • Lead Generation -Generate and engage with new and existing leads through proactive outreach (calls, emails, etc.), to introduce our solutions and understand their needs.
  • Client relationship management - Develop strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their business needs and how our products can add value
  • Sales target - Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Sales Operations - Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and prepare regular forecasts to update the team on business progress.
  • Cross-functional collaboration -Collaborate with team members across functions to improve the sales strategy and customer offerings based on market feedback.
What you should know:
  • 2-5 years of professional experience in inside sales, ideally with exposure to the US market.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Good experience in lead generation tools such as Apollo.io, Lusha etc.
  • Good general knowledge about current affairs.
  • Been a part of debating and quiz clubs in college/ high school (preferred).
  • Exposure to the automotive domain (preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
