The Digital Transformation and Automation Lead is responsible for driving the digital transformation initiatives within the organization. This role involves leading the development and implementation of automation processes, enhancing digital capabilities, and ensuring the seamless integration of new technologies to improve operational efficiency and customer experience. About the opportunity:

• Lead design, development, and implementation of digital automation across departments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify digital transformation opportunities.
• Develop and maintain a digital transformation roadmap.
• Ensure successful integration of new technologies with existing systems.
• Monitor and evaluate digital transformation initiatives, adjusting as needed.
• Provide training and support for new digital tools and processes.
• Stay updated on digital transformation and automation trends.
• Work with stakeholders to define business needs, challenges, and requirements.
• Analyse business processes, propose automation solutions, and implement improvements.
• Create functional specifications, estimate costs, and identify potential savings.
• Assist in testing, validating solutions, and supporting the transition to new processes.
• Engage with stakeholders and present findings and updates to senior leaders.

About you:

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• ITIL Foundation certificate (preferred).
• Proven experience in leading digital transformation and automation projects.
• Strong understanding of digital technologies and automation tools.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge and experience with SCRUM and Agile methodologies.
