People Transformation Business Analyst - Maternity Cover (1 year Fixed Term)

Hybrid Working in our HQ London Office - 3 days per a week

 

About the Role:

Deliveroo is on a journey to transform the way we shop and eat. In order to do that, we're building a company where everyone can belong, grow and do the best work of their lives.

In support of this, the People Function is undergoing a transformation journey - and we are looking for a People Transformation Business Analyst who can support us in making this a success. We are looking for this person to join the team in early December or at the very latest January 2025, the typical recruitment process consists of a two stage process lasting 2-3 weeks from initial recruiter call. 

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Requirements capture and analysis for process improvements, system enhancements and strategic HR initiatives. An ability to both see the bigger picture and to be able to dig into the fine detail of business requirements will be critical.
  • Process design and mapping.
  • User journey mapping.
  • Data manipulation and analysis.
  • Business case and document writing to obtain stakeholder buy-in and secure strategic alignment.
  • Facilitating structured workshops focussed on stakeholder outcomes. Translating business requirements into actions.
  • Producing change management, cutover and testing documentation.
  • Coordinating and maintaining the people transformation roadmap.
  • Liaising with other business functions such as technology on solutioning for HR business requirements.
  • Working with project teams and other parties to ensure organisational change and readiness activities such as testing, training and documentation are completed and to a satisfactory standard.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a Business analyst role within a Human Resources function, preferably with experience in target operating model development.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and data including joiner/mover/leaver processes.
  • Strong project management skills with proven experience working on multiple complex cross functional/market projects/initiatives.
  • Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, coupled with a logical, disciplined and structured approach to documentation and procedures.
  • Great stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organisation – subject matter experts, functional leads, departmental heads.
  • Ability to plan, organise and prioritise workloads and work on your own initiative - The successful candidate will be aligned to multiple projects/programmes.
  • Strong presentation development and facilitation skills.
