We are looking for a Success Consultant to join our Medical Centers Operations Team. In this role, you will be the primary post-sales technical point of contact for Medical Center staff - You will be part of a team of professionals committed to the field to simplify, through our solutions, the lives of healthcare workers and improve access to healthcare for all of us!
Your role encompasses a range of crucial responsibilities, with a primary focus on the re-engagement and satisfaction of existing clients. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Resolving 100% of clients' issues effectively, while persuading them to maximize their utilization of Doctolib's features and services;
- Serving as the dedicated point of contact for any client within your portfolio, even during moments of potential disengagement from the Doctolib journey;
- Providing tailored recommendations to seamlessly integrate Doctolib and Vettore into the client's operational framework, such as revisiting installations, suggesting new organizational approaches, and identifying opportunities for upselling modules that enhance their existing solutions;
- Managing churn requests and ensuring a flawless Doctolib experience for our Medical Centers;
- Proactively anticipating potential churn requests by analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) and implementing preventive measures;
- Actively contributing to the development of robust retention and satisfaction processes, ensuring a sustained positive client experience.
