What You'll Do:

Establish strategic partnerships with existing APS Supplier Relationship Managers (SRMs) to maximize B2B supplier coverage across our network of thousands of APS suppliers

Act as the B2B expert and advocate within APS, educating SRMs on Wayfair Professional's value proposition and best practices for managing supplier relationships

Influence product assortment and supplier strategies to align with B2B customer needs, working through indirect channels and partnerships with SRMs

Assist in developing analytics and reporting capabilities to provide actionable insights on supplier performance and market trends

Support complex B2B project orders by coordinating with SRMs and suppliers to meet customer requirements

Proactively gather and communicate market intelligence to help APS and Wayfair Professional adapt to the evolving B2B landscape

 

What You'll Need:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain or a related field

5+ years experience in collaborative roles such as B2B sales, supplier management, or partner enablement

Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills to build relationships across a matrixed organization

Strong analytical abilities and comfort working with data to uncover insights

Expertise in developing and delivering training programs to upskill partners

Deep understanding of B2B eCommerce trends, customer needs, and supplier dynamics

Ability to think strategically while also being willing to roll up your sleeves and get into the details
