About The Role

Bluebeam is looking for a motivated and dynamic Channel Sales Manager to join our Channel Sales Team. In this position, you will oversee a team of Channel Account Managers that proactively manage a set list of reseller accounts, distributors, and help businesses achieve their full potential through a combination of sales methodology, enablement, and demand generation efforts. You will develop and maintain relationships with Channel Partner Leadership teams through regular meetings and define and execute mutual business goals.  

You will develop a go-to-market sales plan which includes how to increase reseller’s revenue and help the region’s resellers achieve revenue goals, participate in quarterly business reviews, accurately forecast the business, highlight best practices to the team, secure investments from partners, identify industry trends, and hold partner and Channel Account managers accountable. 

What You’ll Do

  • Grow business by meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Develop and execute a go-to-market (GTM) Channel strategy for the region.
  • Accurately forecast on behalf of partners by understanding their business, opportunities, and strategy
  • Participate in quarterly business reviews to discover, define, maintain, and execute on meeting or exceeding mutually defined goals in the partnership
  • Lead weekly pipeline calls to maintain visibility into opportunities, and co-sell with partners as a Bluebeam expert
  • Clearly communicate and motivate multiple personalities by adjusting approach
  • Meet deadlines and demonstrate strong follow through skills and consistency
  • Build strong relationships with partners, and regular engagement with multiple stakeholders across departments and roles to drive alignment towards goals
  • Identify sales opportunities, channel trends, and gaps within reseller relationships to encourage investments
  • Internal project management that identifies areas for growth, creates a plan, and drives a project forward to completion
  • Lead, coach and mentor Channel Account Managers by highlighting best practices, trends, and areas of focus
  • Vet escalations, craft business cases, and hold partners accountable by asking strategic questions

About You

  • 5+ years of experience in a successful complex sales, channel and business development.
  • 3+ years of experience managing and motivating a sales team.
  • Ability to present to an audience and all levels of a business including C-Suite 
  • Ability to lead sales conversations and define business objectives.
  • Accurate forecast and pipeline management
  • Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM is preferred
  • AEC industry knowledge is highly desirable.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 40%.Travel is primarily domestic and mainly to our reseller office buildings.

Base pay offered will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations. Base pay is one part of Bluebeam’s Total Rewards program, which seeks to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable commission plan, while most non-sales position are eligible for a bonus under the terms of an applicable bonus plan. Base salary range for this position is $105,000 - $132,000 plus eligible commissions.
