We’re looking for a highly motivated team player, a detail-oriented, organized, multitasking, emphatic, and professional Chargeback and Payment Dispute Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate must be comfortable multitasking and an enthusiast of the payments world.What you’ll be spending your time on:

• Investigate and analyze dispute cases from internal and third-party systems.
• Manage and represent chargebacks and retrieval requests.
• Ensure precise and proper responses to disputes.
• Correspond with customers, banks, acquirers, and other payment processors.
• Update and maintain payment dispute databases daily.
• Interact with different departments, including Risk, Customer Care, Reconciliation and Tech Services.

Have you done this kind of stuff?  

• At least 2 years of experience as a Chargeback and Payment Dispute Specialist or related field.
• Ability to communicate effectively (both written and verbal). High level of spoken and written English.
• Ability to pay attention to details while dealing with repetitive work.
• Excellent computer Skills - Proficient in Excel.
• Strong attention to detail balanced with swift execution.
• Organized, independent & detail-oriented.
• Quick learner with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
• B.A/ B.Sc. graduate.

  Not a must but a great advantage:

• SQL knowledge
