About the role:

Join Sibros as our Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and lead the charge in driving revenue generation and customer engagement strategies for global OEMs.As a key member of our leadership team you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our product sales and Go-To-Market strategy for OEM partners.

What you’ll do:

Sales Leadership: 

- Develop and implement robust sales strategies for different market segments- start-ups, mid-sized companies and large legacy OEMs. 

- Establish sales vision and provide leadership to global sales teams.

Revenue Growth & Sales Operations: - Drive revenue growth by leveraging data, analytics, AI and OTA software updates

- Create winning plans for account management, closing sales deals and sales territory segmentation.

Customer and stakeholder management: - Build solid relationships with internal and customer executive teams.- Understand customer needs and provide solutions that provide exceptional value.

Team management and development: 

- Independently manage the revenue teams, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

- Ensure a high-performing team by hiring and training sales staff.

- Manage the performance evaluation and review of the sales team and plan a career roadmap for the team members.

Performance Metrics and Analysis: - Establish key performance metrics to analyze sales performance and market trends.

- Provide key insights to the CEO and other executive members.

Qualifications:

- 15+ years of work experience. At least one significant experience in both start-up and a large organization in the automotive domain.

- Experience in designing and driving product sales strategies in the automotive domains is a must.

- Proven track record of managing and growing sales teams of 10-15 people.

- Master’s or a Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Computer Science or a related field).

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $200,000 - $300,000 plus equity, bonus and benefits. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. We can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
