Elevate the Brand. Redefine Growth. Reimagine Factor. Lead What’s Next for Factor.

We are at a pivotal moment - and we’re looking for a bold, visionary marketing leader to help write the next chapter of Factor's brand and growth story. This leader will play a pivotal role in the North American Marketing Team, driving innovation and leading bold experimentation. This role is not about maintaining momentum - it’s about creating it. You’ll step into a rare opportunity to experiment, innovate, and push boundaries, with the full support of a high-performing marketing organization behind you that is able to deliver at scale. Reporting into the SVP of Marketing, this role is designed for an innovator and builder -  someone who sees whitespace as opportunity, and who’s energized by the challenge of unlocking new growth through innovative marketing ideas that go way beyond performance marketing.

This is more than a role. It’s a chance to lead the future of one of the fastest-growing brands in the industry — with the runway, resources, and support to make your vision real.

What you’ll do

  • You’ll spearhead and execute innovative brand ideas that resonate with health-focused consumers, driving engagement and loyalty for Factor. Beyond traditional ATL advertising, you’ll launch campaigns that amplify our brand’s voice and inspire customer love. Collaborating cross-functionally, you’ll weave our mission of delivering healthy, delicious food into every (possible) brand touchpoint and digital experience. You’ll lead a team that transforms bold ideas into measurable, long-term impact, ensuring Factor is the top of mind food solution for the health-conscious audience.
  • Product Marketing: You’ll lead a team of  Product Marketers for Factor. This is about connecting product truth with customer need, and driving go-to-market excellence at scale. Define brand territories (e.g. Health), RTBs (e.g. weight loss) and claims. These claims are tested in close collaboration with the Growth team (e.g. claim testing on Paid Social).
  • Experimentation & Innovation: You’ll identify and lead high-potential growth initiatives, piloting them with focused teams that report into you. Once proven, you’ll scale those wins in collaboration with the broader NA Marketing team. This is your sandbox — a place to test new models, learn fast, and build what’s next.
  • Shaping the Future of Product-Led Growth: You’ll define and build new product-led growth pathways for Factor — working across physical product, product/tech, CX, and brand to create seamless, scalable levers for conversions and how we Factor to prospect customers (e.g. Homepage).
  • Defining Factor’s Next-Gen Positioning and Targeting extensions: In collaboration with our brand team, you’ll elevate how Factor shows up in the world. (How can Factor help you to lead a better life; empower customers to become the better/the future them, etc.)
  • Identifying Breakthrough Partnerships: You’ll imagine new partnership — from celebrity talent to high-profile influencers — to elevate awareness, credibility, and reach with the ultimate goal to drive consideration and sign-ups.

What you’ll bring

  • Customer-First Mentality – You instinctively put the customer at the center, using insight and behavior as the launchpad for bold, effective marketing strategies that unlock growth. You have a deep understanding of consumer insights and brand positioning.
  • D2C Leadership Experience – A strong track record of success in senior roles at direct-to-consumer companies, ideally within the e-commerce,  food space or fintech space. Experience with subscription models is a strong plus.
  • Strategic Growth Mindset – You think big and execute fast, building and delivering innovative growth strategies that drive measurable impact.

  • Innovator at Heart – Passionate about testing, iterating, and finding creative, data-informed ways to drive results—never afraid to break convention.

  • Executive Presence – Adept at engaging and influencing C-level leaders and cross-functional stakeholders with clarity, confidence, and conviction.
  • 8–10 Years of Experience – In data-driven product marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing—ideally across both strategic and executional roles.
