In this role, you'll be instrumental in the seamless operation of our finance function. You'll manage the procure-to-pay process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness through effective team and process management. Additionally, you'll handle budgeting and cost controlling across operations and fulfillment departments, emphasizing the importance of strong stakeholder relationships and a proactive approach.

Based at our Nordic head office in Islands Brygge, Copenhagen, you'll report to the Head of Finance and support projects across Denmark, Sweden, and Norway, contributing to the success of HelloFresh Nordics.

• Oversee the finance department's procure-to-pay process, ensuring timely and accurate financial postings.
• Lead a team of 4-5 across Accounts Payable and controlling, including offshore staff, promoting teamwork and efficiency.
• Identify and rectify inefficiencies in Accounts Payable with the finance analyst, driving process improvements.
• Produce precise and strategic-aligned budget documents, coordinating closely with various department leads.
• Challenge and review financial results with cost owners, maintaining budget integrity and highlighting risks.
• Manage balance sheet reconciliations and approve them to ensure financial accuracy.
• Prepare and enhance monthly reports for management, including KPI analysis.
• Support broader FP&A projects like cash flow modeling, FX hedging, and capital expenditure planning.
• Assist the Head of Finance with system implementations, accounting rollouts, and other processes.
• Handle audit preparations and communications with auditors, alongside ad-hoc reporting and analysis as needed.
