Commercial Operations Coordinator

As a Commercial Operations Coordinator and part of the Take-Two community, you will support the Direct-To-Consumer (D2C) team working in close partnership with Rockstar Games, 2K, Ghost Story, and Zynga to drive sales of industry leading games across a number of branded D2C channels.
What You’ll Take On
- Maintain each store’s global content catalog using catalog management systems and ensure updates are handled in a timely fashion and in-step with the label’s release schedule and requirements.
- Set up and deploy marketing campaigns based on label and Direct to Consumer team requirements.Liaise with internal and external customer service partners to research and resolve issues promptly.
- Work across multiple departments within the Take-Two organization and externally with third-party platform and fulfillment providers.
- Utilize data tools and analyze sales reporting to execute store merchandising and demand planning.Monitor exception reporting to identify issues and quickly resolve internally or externally with third-party partners.
- Review stores for accuracy, bugs, and out-of-stocks.
What You Bring
- 2-3 years of Direct-to-Consumer experience with content management systems required.
- An acute attention to detail and a self-starter work ethic.
- Ability to manage various data sets and effectively derive critical analysis and insights.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- JD Edwards experience a plus.
- An interest in video games preferred.

This is a hybrid position from our London offices, with in-office required Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
