YOUR MISSION AT VOI

As Commercial Optimisation Manager, you will play a key role in shaping how we grow revenue and profit, boost user retention, and optimise pricing across one of our core regions. Working at the intersection of data, strategy, and execution, you will partner closely with local market teams and HQ stakeholders to unlock and scale monetisation opportunities. This will include:

Strategic Pricing & Data Analysis

  • Leverage data and analysis to develop and iterate on pricing strategies

  • Conduct A/B tests and simulations to evaluate revenue, profit, and retention impact

  • Support scenario planning and forecasting to inform regional and global decision-making

Market Collaboration & Execution

  • Act as commercial optimisation lead for one of Voi’s regions, partnering with market teams to identify and activate revenue opportunities

  • Tailor and implement monetisation initiatives based on analysis of local user behaviour, operational context, and competitive dynamics

  • Develop strong stakeholder relationships across regions and functions to enable fast, coordinated delivery of pricing initiatives

Commercial Tooling & Enablement

  • Contribute to the development of pricing and performance tooling in collaboration with Product, Data, and Engineering

  • Support documentation, playbooks, and process improvements to help local teams take greater ownership of monetisation levers

  • Champion data-driven mindset, knowledge sharing and scalable frameworks across the organisation to accelerate improvements

WHAT YOU NEED TO EMBARK

We’re looking for someone who combines strong analytical ability with structured problem solving, and who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. In addition to being fluent in English, we believe the right person has:

  • Masters’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Business or similar

  • 3+ years experience in commercial strategy, pricing, analytics, or a related role

  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex analytical exercises, understand underlying drivers and derive actionable insights

  • Ability to influence and communicate complex topics efficiently with senior internal stakeholders, verbally and in writing

  • Experience with SQL and data visualisation tools is a plus (we use Snowflake)
