You'll drive programs in our online communities to enhance product acceptance, positively impacting customer loyalty and satisfaction. You’ll be focusing on community operations, which ensures a safe environment for our customers in which they can get the support they need and further develop Personio with us.

• You will oversee and refine moderation for our DACH and International communities, driving user engagement and maintaining orderly structures.
• You are tasked with ensuring seamless alignment between community operations and customer support, addressing concerns and enhancing the community experience in tandem.
• You will manage escalated community issues, establish clear pathways for resolution, and collaborate across teams for effective solutions.
• You are responsible for curating and analysing user feedback, fostering ideation sessions, and integrating community input into product decisions.
• You will develop and execute community projects aligning with company strategy, employing effective methodologies and metrics for decision-making.
• You are tasked with regularly analysing community metrics, generating insightful reports to optimize community operations based on data-driven insights.
• You will collaborate with internal stakeholders communicating effectively to ensure community initiatives meet overarching business goals.

• You have a proven track record of 3+ years in community management, and further experience in emphasizing operations, moderation and project handling.
• You are fluent in German and English
• You manage stakeholders at multiple levels, from ICs to Senior Management, and ensure a shared understanding of goals and expectations.
• Your analytical approach interprets data for actionable community insights and growth.
• Expertise in online community tools like Insided/Digital Hub is a plus.
