The Compliance Specialist will drive compliance quality through routine auditing of sales calls and identifying areas needing correction.

What You'll Do

  • Reviewing calls and assessing them for potential risk
  • Issuing compliance coachings for sales leadership teams
  • Assisting in compliance operation functions such as scripting development and product improvements
  • Providing constructive feedback to sales team regarding compliance issues
  • Maintaining compliance guidelines and communicating changes to sales team
  • Collaborating with internal functional team to ensure policies and procedures are aligned across business teams

What We're Looking For

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of compliance guidelines
  • Ability to prioritize responsibilities and meet strict deadlines while delivering high quality work
  • Comfortable with a fast-paced, high pressure environment
  • Effective communication skills; understanding how to communicate accordingly based on audience
  • Ability to interpret data, recognize trends, and make recommendations based on analyses
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new technology quickly
  • Self-motivated and resourceful
  • Innovative; constantly on the hunt for new methodologies to solve problems
  • Objectivity; able to display sound judgment and comfort with making difficult decisions

Compensation

  • Cash Compensation Range: $45,000-55,000* *Note actual salary is based on geographic location, qualifications, and experience.
