ROLE MISSION

Working in partnership with our client, the Social Creative will build, engage and proactively support a social community through all key social channels, and support the main campaigns throughout the year. The role works across the client brands and is responsible for providing strategic best-in-class creative to the client and agency teams, coming up with beautiful and engaging social content ideas and articulating these to the client through visual presentations.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING IN YOUR ROLE

  • Work in true collaboration with the client, you will be responsible for Brand Guardianship as the Steward of their online personality.
  • Ideating inventive, attention-capturing post and campaign ideas.
  • Identifying proactive opportunities for engagement and reactive content.
  • Setting creative /art direction for all production and overseeing shoots.
  • Attending and posting from live brand event.
  • Briefing, storyboarding and developing content ideas with creators and influencers.
  • Driving dialogue with brand teams and always pushing creative excellence.
  • Input commands using OLIVER’s AI tools, where appropriate, to generate AI content.

 

WHAT SKILLS WILL HELP YOU BE SUCCESSFUL 

  • Extensive experience in creating storyboards and developing original concepts.
  • Strong experience in paid and organic social.
  • Excellent client engagement skills with the ability to proactively organise and influence clients and build strong and effective working relationships.
  • Be a level, strategic thinker.
  • The ability to manage client expectations when delivering project.
  • Entrepreneurial and proactive in approach and attitude.
  • The ability to spot opportunities to create content and help clients achieve their business ambitions.
  • Excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop the identity of the brand within it.
  • Professional and works well under pressure, retaining confidence of the client.
  • Keen and active interest in social trends and popular culture.
  • Proven track record of creating engaging and effective social content.
  • In-depth understanding of paid media and the role of influencers.
  • Relevant experience ideating and creating for social in an agency environment.
  • Premium beverage/alcohol brand experience preferred.
