Content Conversion Optimisation Specialist
As our Content Conversion Optimisation Specialist you will be leading content conversion rate optimisation projects with a focus on onsite auditing and ACQ landing page optimisation.
Key responsibilities- Conduct in-depth content audits of landing pages, onsite pages and acquisition funnels (ad copy, call to actions, registration flows, etc) to identify areas for improvement and optimisation opportunities.
- Collaborate with the copywriters, design and development teams to create compelling and user-friendly landing page experiences.
- Analyse and carry out qualitative and quantitative user research to understand user pain points, uncover conversion blockers, etc and provide actionable recommendations to enhance the overall user journey and improve conversion rates.
- Monitor and analyse competitor landing pages and acquisition strategies to identify new optimisation opportunities.
- Develop and implement A/B and multivariate tests to optimise landing pages and improve conversion rates.
- Utilise web analytics tools to track, measure, and report on key performance metrics, including conversion rates, bounce rates, and user engagement.
- Develop and maintain a testing roadmap to prioritise and execute optimisation experiments based on business impact.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to conversion rate optimisation as well as source and build cases for tools that can assist in optimising sales funnels.
- Provide regular reports and updates on the progress and results of CRO initiatives to stakeholders and senior management.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Relevant certifications in CRO or digital marketing are a plus.
- 1-2 years of proven experience in conversion rate optimisation, preferably with a focus on landing pages and the acquisition stage.
- Proficient in using A/B testing and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Optimizely, VWO) to track and measure performance.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of direct response, direct marketing and UX/UI best practices and principles, with the ability to create user-friendly and visually appealing landing pages.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to diverse stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise effectively.
- A proactive and self-driven attitude, with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in CRO.
- A clear understanding of user intent and its pivotal role in the journey to conversion
- Experience within direct response content marketing and copywriting is a plus.
