The Reporting and Optimisation team is a newly established group within the larger Content Integrity department of Trustpilot. Our mission is to enhance the customer journey and optimise service design by leveraging data-driven insights and streamlined processes. While our team is primarily based in London, we also collaborate with colleagues in Lithuania and Copenhagen to deliver impactful results across the organisation. 

As an Optimisation Specialist within our dynamic Optimisation team, you will be pivotal in driving efficiency and effectiveness across our Trust and Safety division. You'll focus on project management, process optimisation, and data analysis to ensure our initiatives align with strategic objectives and deliver impactful results. Your expertise will contribute to streamlining operations, improving workflows, and enhancing our ability to maintain a safe and trustworthy platform.

What you’ll be doing:

Project Management & Delivery:

  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery aligned with OKRs.
  • Track progress against KPIs, proactively addressing deviations and holding team members accountable.

Process Optimisation & Mapping:

  • Analyse and map processes (using tools like Miro or Lucidchart) to identify and implement efficiency improvements.
  • Develop and maintain clear process documentation.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Analyse project data to identify optimisation opportunities and trends.
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards for stakeholder insights.

Stakeholder Management & Risk Management:

  • Communicate project updates and risks effectively to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure alignment and mitigate potential issues.

Who you are:

Experience & Technical Skills: 

  • Proven experience in project management, ideally within a Trust and Safety or related operational environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to map and optimise business processes.
  • Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Miro, Lucidchart).
  • Ideally, familiarity with Salesforce Service cloud and Zendesk.

Skills and Attributes:

  • Skilled in designing and optimising workflows to improve efficiency.
  • Ability to consistently meet tight deadlines and deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • A team player with excellent interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with colleagues across different departments.
