  • Creating onboard documents that communicates our creative direction and LucidLink system to new editors
  • Supporting internal administrative systems like updating timelines and project plans
  • Assisting storyboard creation by identifying footage in a client’s media database, creating a playlist of music options from our music library, and supplementing with stock footage as needed
  • Caption clips to be ready for social media
  • Edit reels for Instagram and TikTok incorporating light design and graphics from our in-house Designer, as well as music, voiceover, and stock or found footage
The team

Our video team works with teams and clients across the agency. Our team is responsible for finding the right creative direction to meet goals, audience, budget, and timeline constraints. Our resumes include a long list of clients in politics, humanitarian work, higher education, and brands — from Elizabeth Warren to Google for Education to Doctors Without Borders. In short, we bring a creative spark to clients who are changing the world.

  • 3+ years experience in video editing
  • A knack for project management, asset management, and tracking details meticulously
  • Creative problem solver with strong Adobe Creative Cloud experience. Mastery in Premiere and a working knowledge of After Effects.
  • Working understanding of post processes (i.e. light color correction, light sound mixing, captioning, light motion design integrating Illustrator and Photoshop files from designers), as well as a keen curiosity to add skill sets to their toolkit.
  • A passion for cause-based work and promoting progressive values.
  • Very strong communication skills. This is a team atmosphere that values collaboration.

The pay range for this position is $65-$85 per hour; compensation will be commensurate with experience.
