Your daily workout

  • You independently identify and acquire corporate customers for EGYM WELLPASS and take responsibility for your own sales pipeline - from initiating the first appointments to the successful conclusion of the contract (target group is companies with +100 employees)
  • You support your existing customers with operational questions and build long-term, trust-based partner relationships
  • You will be involved in activating employees through events and communication measures
  • You document your approach in a structured manner in our CRM system (Salesforce) and thus enable efficient collaboration
  • You bring in your optimization suggestions and ideas to make sales even more successful
  • You cooperate intensively with your colleagues in the areas of marketing, sales and customer success

Your fitness level

  • You have practical experience in company health management/corporate wellness or have knowledge in this area
  • Ideally, you have +5 years experience in B2B sales, taking a consultative approach and don't give up when you get the first “no” from a customer because you know that you have a strong product and a brilliant team behind you
  • You have a strong track record of successful business and territory development.  
  • The idea of holding your own success in your own hands drives you - you strive to achieve a lot
  • You personally want to sell a product that makes sense for your next career step and are excited to change the fitness market with us
  • You are passionate about health, fitness and wellness and can infect others with your passion
  • You ideally already have an existing HR Decision Maker Network in the Denver Metro Area
  • You have the ability to work on location at our offices in Downtown, Denver, CO occasionally (as needed)

The equipment we provide

  • You will earn an annual salary of $60,000 - $70,000 (plus commission) *Actual compensation is subject to variation due to such factors as education, experience, skillset, and/or location.
