Creative Designer 🐱
😻 A bit about the oppawtunity:
Are you a hardworking, cat-centric individual ready to embark on an exciting journey? We're on the lookout for someone to join the founding team of our Cat business. This is more than just a job; it's an opportunity to shape the future of our brand.
There are 11 million Cats in the UK and, just like dogs, they are considered a member of the family, so all we want is the best for them. The experience of owning a cat can be stressful, and the food industry has let cats down; what’s available isn’t meeting their needs for both taste and nutrition. In fact, many cat parents don’t even understand what those needs are in the first place. It’s making cats unhappy and unhealthy, and cat parents feel guilty and deflated. We think we can be the solution, and we are on a mission to deliver health and happiness to cats all over the UK.
📣 A bit about the role:
As the Creative Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of our brand. We’re looking for someone with a strong design background and a well-rounded skill set who can confidently work across multiple mediums and channels, to deliver designs that help us stand out just as much as our unique fresh meals. You’ll integrate yourself into every step of our creative process, from ideation to execution, whilst having plenty of opportunities to hone your craft and grow. With each project, you’ll play a key role in our mission to bring health and happiness to cats everywhere. You will work closely with the brand, marketing, innovation, and product teams to conceptualise and execute design solutions that effectively communicate our brand's values, purrsonality, and objectives. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a brand's inception and see your work directly contribute to its success.
