Lyft is hiring an organized, motivated, and highly detail-oriented AR Ops - Credit & Collections Analyst for its Accounting team. The Credit & Collections Analyst will perform a key role in managing the collections and credit check processes of the Accounting department.

Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain consistent and positive communication with our Enterprise clients/partners
  • Responsible for filtering inbound billing inquiries from clients and helping to route or resolve where needed
  • Responsible for maintaining record of all collections efforts and maintenance of a reduced DSO
  • Manage collections to meet monthly and quarterly targets
  • Assist Billing in research and validation of requested adjustments
  • Assist Cash Apps team with on-account, unapplied, unidentified payments
  • Resolve any outstanding payment issues 
  • Analyze client accounts for collectability issues and bad debt provision
  • Maintain and update client information as needed in ERP and CRM systems
  • Prepare and maintain various reports related to AR
  • Assist in maintenance of accurate AR aging report
  • Collaborate with our Enterprise group and other departments to ensure that Credit and Collections processes are aligned with company initiatives
  • Other tasks/responsibilities as needed
Experience:
  • At least 2-3 years of accounting experience, with a focus on AR in a similar high-growth environment
  • Strong Excel skills as well as experience working with large amounts of data
  • Strong analytical skills, accuracy and attention to detail a must
  • Must be a self-starter and team player who is excited to work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
  • Demonstrated ability of time management skills with strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills
  • Salesforce system experience a plus
  • Oracle Fusion Accounting system experience (or similar ERP) a plus

This role will be in-office on a hybrid schedule following the establishment of a Lyft office in Nashville — Team Members will be expected to work in the office 3 days per week on Mondays, Thursdays and a team-specific third day. Additionally, hybrid roles have the flexibility to work from anywhere for up to 4 weeks per year. #Hybrid

The expected base pay range for this position in the Nashville area is $55,760-$69,700. Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location. Range is not inclusive of potential equity offering, bonus or benefits.
