We have a fantastic opportunity for an individual to join the Core CRM Team at MongoDB. The Core CRM Team works cross functionally with Stakeholders across Marketing & Sales improving and enhancing the Sales process for our Customers. Specifically Lead Flow & Intelligence. (MQL Process, CRMA, Lead Routing etc)

We are looking to speak to candidates that are able to work from our Dublin, London, Paris, Amsterdam, Madrid, Barcelona, Berlin, or Munich office in a hybrid model. 

Responsibilities:

  • Configuring the Lightning Platform (Sales Cloud) to the Business Needs using automation tools
  • QA Testing (Peer, Functional)
  • Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to drive out requirements
  • Create process flow diagrams
  • Solution Design
  • Investigating production issues
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision, whilst participating fully as a member of the team
  • Improving existing processes and sharing runbooks
  • End User Communication 

Required skills and experience

  • Over 5+ Years of Salesforce experience within an end user or consultancy environment
  • Must have at least or equivalent experience;
    • Salesforce Certified Administrator
    • Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
    • Salesforce Certified Business Analyst
    • Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant  
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Architecture and best practices
  • Intermediate Knowledge of Deployment Life Cycle (Build, QA, UAT)
  • 3rd Party App integrations experience (SalesLoft, Q-Assign, Lean Data, Insideview, Linkedin Sales Navigator)
  • Stakeholder management
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements
  • Analytical mindset (Understanding the why behind the request)
  • Has deep understanding of Agile Methodologies
  • Knowledge of IDEs (Visual Studio, Gear Set, Git Hub)
  • Knowledge of process mapping tools (Lucid Chart)
  • Identifying risks and issues to the team to fix them in a timely manner

Nice to haves

  • Ability to understand Apex code and triggers
  • Understanding of CRMA
