The role

As a CRM Manager at Deliveroo, you will report to the Head of Marketing Belgium.

You will play a crucial role as the primary contact for our Belgian customers. Your responsibilities include planning and also executing marketing initiatives across multiple CRM platforms such as email, in-app placements, and content. This entails collaborating with local and global marketing teams, and strategy and commercial teams, to implement top-notch campaigns aligned with our business objectives. Your main focus will be on crafting customer-centric campaigns, strategically using channels to achieve maximum impact on both our customers and the business.

We're seeking an enthusiastic and technically adept CRM marketer who prioritises the customer in decision-making and campaign execution. You're someone who eagerly examines metrics post-campaign and finds inspiration in exploring new ideas, channels, and campaigns.

Your collaborative nature shines through as you actively contribute creative concepts to kick-off meetings based on data insights and your own inventive thinking.

You will work in our central offices in Brussels.

Responsibilities

To make us the most known food delivery service in Belgium, you will:

  • Collaborate with the Head of Marketing Manager, local Marketing Team and other team members to support the Marketing calendar through CRM channels & in-app touchpoints.
  • Coordinate and be responsible for BAU calendar management and for creating engaging and dynamic end-to-end delivery of emails, push-notifications, in-app banners and in-app messages.
  • Be comfortable with data targeting, segmentation & analysis - pulling it, manipulating it and interpreting it
  • Create test & learn strategies to improve email templates, content and customer initiatives creating CRM best practices and making recommendations
  • Analyze main segments for future growth and planning
  • Conduct post campaign reporting, pulling out the most interesting learnings and using these to guide your future ideas

Requirements

  • 3/5 years experience in marketing, growth marketing, CRM departments or marketing agencies running successful insights-led marketing campaigns
  • Demonstrated experience working with databases, data analysis segmentation
  • You have:
  • HTML familiarity (ability to understand where changes need to be made)
  • Email deployment experience (Braze experience for example)
  • Data visualisation tools (Looker experience for example)
  • Excellent writing skills
  • You are driven and have the desire to help
  • You are able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
  • You work on strict & tight deadlines
  • Native French or Dutch speaker and writer, English fluency a must
