We are looking for a CRO Manager for our ambitious, fast-growing team in Amsterdam. Working in the Growth Marketing team, you take a leading role in optimizing our customers' online journeys and contributing to the overall business objectives of HelloFresh Benelux.

As the CRO Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) and Outbound strategies through data-driven decisions with the goal of improving the performance of digital campaigns. You are the driver of an important mission: to structurally improve the customer journey of our website/app visitors, to excite them with content and to tell the HelloFresh story.

  • Hands-on management of CRO projects: Design, develop, and deploy high-converting marketing landing pages (using a headless Content Management System) in collaboration with product, designers and copywriters
  • Hands-on management of CRM & Outbound projects: Design, develop, and deploy effective email & outbound tactics with a localized approach in collaboration with product, designers and copywriters
  • Analyze current customer journeys (traffic, bounce rate, conversion rate, drop-offs in the funnel etc), discover the pain points, setup hypothesis and experiments and optimize our marketing landing pages accordingly
  • Work on personalization of landing pages based on the different audience segments and their needs
  • Ensure our landing pages are optimized for conversion rate and user experience executing a local content strategy that aligns with customer journey and business objectives
  • Lead the CRO roadmap in collaboration with local and global stakeholders
  • Proactively seek opportunities, new insights and test ideas (leveraging experiments and initiatives from other markets) for data-driven conversion optimization tests
  • Work closely with product, marketing and other relevant local and global teams to ensure cohesive strategies and maximize impact across all channels
  • Help spread the "culture of experimentation" within the organization
  • Bring new ideas to the table to improve our growth and marketing strategy

🍉 These are the ingredients you’ll bring to the team

  • 2+ years hands-on experience in CRO, Online Marketing and/or E-commerce
  • Passion for CRO and Email projects, building online content and testing
  • Good understanding of the online (paid) channels landscape, customer journeys and key performance metrics within online
  • Ability to work in Excel/Google Sheets, as well as build presentations (Powerpoint or Google Slides)
  • Strong ability in using data analytics to drive decision-making and strategy (affluency with working in measurement suits such as Adobe or Google Analytics)
  • Ability to manage and juggle multiple projects and stakeholders
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A pragmatic and hands-on ‘can do’ attitude, with a growth mindset and a strong “learning never stops” attitude
  • Experience in working with (or at) agencies
  • Fluency in English and work proficiency in Dutch (French is a big plus)
  • Experience with Contentful is a plus
