So we are looking for you as a Customer Support Working Student (m/f/d) starting May 1st, 2024 in Berlin!
Your Day-to-Day Work In This Role
- Answer customer inquiries via chat/e-mail, providing solutions and maintaining professional relationships with our customers.
- Liaise with internal teams Customer Success, Product, and Tech) to investigate solutions for our customers.
- Work on back-office tasks.
- Assist in maintenance of Help Center articles and translations.

- Team Events: Our bookingkit BBQ in Berlin is a tradition that we offer multiple times in the year! Beyond that, we have summer and winter events to meet in person. Even ex-bookingkids come back to catch up with us on event days!
- Extra Charity Day: We love it when bookingkids are involved in charity work. We support you with one extra day of leave for charity work.
- Airport/Train Office Day: If you find yourself needing to travel by train or flight and are still able to work, though unable to take calls, you have the option of working this day instead of taking a vacation day.
