YOUR MISSION AT VOI

We’re looking for two data analysts to join the Voiage! As a Data Analyst at Voi your primary responsibility will be to facilitate informed decision-making by providing actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis. The roles are in the Operations and Rider domains of our business, and both encompass a diverse range of tasks. These include conducting exploratory and ad-hoc analysis to identify opportunities for optimizing operational processes, developing data products utilizing operations, IoT and payments data to enhance our access to valuable insights, and executing A/B tests on vehicles, products or payments. In this dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will actively lead your own projects while also collaborating on larger initiatives. Your contributions will play a pivotal role in our ongoing success in the 12 countries we operate in. WHAT YOU’LL BE WORKING ON

• Build decision support tools using data, metrics and dashboards
• Guide operational decisions and help product teams build the best products
• Solve business and product problems through data analysis
• Present your insights and recommendations to stakeholders
• Extract, manipulate and visualize data to find and understand patterns
• Clean data to develop features and signals in a vast, unordered data set
• Help the organization learn from data by advising on performance indicators, tests and analytical methodologies while teaching team members and leading the way for data driven ways of working

WHAT YOU NEED TO EMBARK

• Business interest, insight and creativity for efficient problem-solving
• Experience in translating challenging stakeholder needs into valuable analytical solutions
• A few years of experience working as a Data Analyst in a autonomous and agile environment
• Strong data modeling and data visualization skills
• Strong dbt and SQL skills
• Great communication skills, both for collaborating and for sharing insights
• Experience from data analytics on operations, IoT, payments or financial data is meriting
• A university degree in a relevant field (e.g. Mathematics, Statistics, Science, Engineering, Business)
• Professional working proficiency in English, Swedish is not required
