Demand Generation Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Demand Generation Manager to develop and implement strategies to generate leads and revenue for the company. You will be responsible for working closely with the admissions and marketing teams to align efforts, using data and analytics to measure and improve performance.
The ideal candidate will have experience in demand generation, a deep understanding of the sales process, and strong analytical and communication skills. This is a key position that requires advanced knowledge of sales and marketing strategies, as well as the ability to develop creative campaigns that drive traffic, engagement, and conversions across multiple channels. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of generating leads and revenue for a B2C company.
This position will report directly to the Sr. Director of Brand and Demand.
- This role requires excellent communication skills and collaboration with cross-functional teams as well as a passion for data and insights as tools to fuel continued brand growth and stronger emotional connections to our customers.
- Partner with the Sr Director, Brand and Demand to conceptualize innovative promotional strategies. You will be responsible for building briefs and working cross-functionally to bring campaigns and marketing initiatives to life across all channels. This could look like a skills or events series, a local conference, a premium piece of content, a discount, or an alumni activation.
- Own our always-on consumer marketing strategy, ensuring the right messages are showing up in the right channels at the right time. Think: working directly with email marketing to build best-in-class nurture programs, product marketing to bring new solutions to market, and social media to create video and tiles that drive interest and build funnel. You’ll be in charge of building out quarter-by-quarter plans and keeping the calendar up-to-date.
- Partner with product and admissions teams to develop unique 1-1 demand strategies to engage prospective customers and push them through our funnel at a faster clip.
- Manage daily marketing responsibilities, including top-of-week reporting, building and maintaining marketing calendars, and cascading go-live dates and shifts to timing to cross-functional teams in a timely manner.
- Work closely with international markets to develop a global and regional marketing presence that ensures brand consistency.
- Partner with operations to deploy full-funnel and channel-by-channel reporting for all demand gen activities including the success of premium content, events, freemium, discounts and more.
- Lead post-campaign reporting, creating scorecards and cross-functional KPI reports to provide insights and learnings that help inform future strategies and marketing plans.
- Assist in the build of campaign-related emails, landing pages, and content.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in demand generation, including experience with campaign creation email marketing, and inbound lead generation
- Demonstrable success driving pipeline growth and revenue through integrated campaigns
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing technologies, including marketing automation, CRM, social media management, and analytics platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging marketing content
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high expectations and tight deadlines
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decision-making and strategy development
The anticipated annualized salary range for this position in the US market is $76,500 and $97,500. Salary will be determined based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. If hired as a regular full-time employee, this position will include a variable compensation plan which could be a bonus or a commission.
