Demand Generation Program Specialist

It's with that in mind that Beyond is looking to add a Demand Generation Program Specialist to our growing team. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Global Demand Generation, you will have the opportunity to oversee the execution of full-funnel demand generation tactics.
This is a high-impact, high-visibility role that requires a unique combination of creative, technology, and analytical chops. You will stay on the cutting edge of marketing best practices by researching the latest trends, and continuously optimizing demand gen campaigns to ensure Beyond is efficiently and reliably generating high-quality pipeline and revenue.

As our Demand Generation Program Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Build, test, launch and iterate on the workflows for global Hubspot campaigns to meet our marketing attributed pipeline and closed-won targets.
- Project manage and execute all internal team requests: issues with campaigns mis-firing or unsubscribing members from campaigns, support for internal teams who need to build Hubspot campaigns for other campaigns like beta programs or NPS surveys.
- Oversee database hygiene and work with Demand Gen & Operations teams to ensure best practices are being followed for our marketing database
- Manage marketing promotional calendar & align with all content creators (Product Marketing & Content Marketing) on consistency for campaigns
- Own the documentation of all demand gen processes and keep it up to date with new processes or tools
Now that we’ve told you what the job looks like, here are the qualifications we're looking for in a candidate:
- Willing and able to work the U.S. Eastern Standard Time zone
- 2+ years of marketing experience; preferably in the technology industry
- Your co-worker describe you as curious and/or a problem solver
- You have a growth mindset, adaptability, and a drive for continuous improvement
- Experience with Hubspot & managing programmatic marketing
- Ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple tasks with great attention to detail
- Experience working on projects that required cross-team collaboration
