The Challenge:

Working in a team of 5 and reporting into the wider Commercial Operations team, the ideal candidate understands game terminology and data dictionaries from our digital partners. Analyze reports and map them to our standard data governance terms.

What You’ll Take On:
  • Optimize sales and operational efficiency through innovative thinking, process improvement and system enhancements, and best practice sharing.
  • Manage the daily order processing for monthly accruals and restatements for all digital sales customers
  • Reconcile monthly restatements to accruals and account for all variances
  • Engage and work with aligned operations teams and lines of business to achieve data needs and analysis results more effectively
  • Apply quantitative analysis and data visualization to tell the story behind the numbers.
  • Assist the Sales Operations Manager in creating better processes and workflow.
  • Lead occasional projects and special requests from different teams like Data Validation, revenue compilation, etc. (SPA, Finance, Tax teams. Etc.)
What You Bring:
  • Minimum 1 year Analyst Experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Adobe, and Microsoft Word.
  • Proven Track Record to work and interact in a fast-paced environment and comfortable with requirement to multi-task
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving experience working in sales operations, business analyst role, process improvement, and/or program/project management, preferably at a high-tech or software company
  • Excellent organization and prioritization skills and flexibility with a wide variety of constantly changing tasks
  • Detail-oriented with practical follow up and follow through skills
  • Has a strategic approach to attain and exceed results and desired goals

The pay range for this position in New York City at the start of employment is expected to be between $65,700 and $97,260 per Year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards and eligibility to participate in our 401(K) plan and Employee Stock Purchase Program. Regular, full-time employees are also eligible for a range of benefits at the Company, including: medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance coverage; 14 paid holidays per calendar year; paid vacation time per calendar year (ranging from 15 to 25 days) or eligibility to participate in the Company’s discretionary time off program; up to 10 paid sick days per calendar year; paid parental and compassionate leave; wellbeing programs for mental health and other wellness support; family planning support through Maven; commuter benefits; and reimbursements for fitness-related expenses.
