As Director, B2B Website Engagement, you will spearhead the digital strategy for developing and growing organic acquisition for Trustpilot across our web properties.
Reporting to the Senior Director of Performance Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how we differentiate and win across our target markets, developing a meaningful narrative for our audiences and understanding how to capture and best engage those audiences in a web setting to effectively drive revenue and increased retention.
As a digital native, you will be focused on developing the B2B website for Trustpilot as our primary marketing channel: increasing our level of organic site visitors, and creating a rich and engaging experience for all users.
You will manage a team of specialists and work closely with our product team to support the development and execution of a joined-up digital marketing strategy that meets our global acquisition goals and regional commercial targets.
What you'll be doing:
- Developing a content-led organic digital marketing strategy with clearly defined success metrics and KPIs.
- Act as the key marketing stakeholder for the Trustpilot for Business website, focusing on delivering delightful customer experiences with a focus on engagement and repeat visits, and supporting optimisation and conversion.
- Work closely with our Product team to co-own our CRO roadmap; developing and executing on the roadmap; and tracking the performance of testing initiatives.
- Manage relationships with content marketing, brand, engineering, development teams & agencies to ensure completion of website deliverables.
- Develop a focus on website reporting to produce regular executive reports on KPIs and tracking performance improvements.
- Conducting competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities to use design thinking to drive audience engagement.
- Managing internal SEO specialists, and acting as a key internal stakeholder with Commercial, Product, Technology & Operations teams to capture cross-functional website needs to inform a centralized development roadmap, and integrate business needs into the overall Martech roadmap.
- Work closely with product and development teams to identify and drive impactful website improvements.
- Interpret and socialize data and reporting dashboards that measure success of Trustpilot For Business website.
- Cultivate relationships with commercial and marketing leaders across the organization to align digital marketing to global and regional business goals.
- Overseeing digital attribution and user interaction tracking, plus the development and leveraging of reporting dashboards.
- Deputise for Senior Director of Performance Marketing with leadership responsibilities as required.
Who you are:
- 6+ years of digital marketing experience with at least 3 years of developing and optimizing global, multi-brand marketing websites
- B2B SaaS experience
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and implementation
- Experience with aligning organic marketing to paid media to support a holistic acquisition strategy
- Deep understanding of website KPIs and performance metrics
- Experience of producing website strategies that encompass visual and UX/UI design
- Knowledge of website optimization, site tagging, UX,, and conversion rate optimization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially when presenting ideas to senior management
- Ability to stay organized and execute multiple projects simultaneously under strict deadlines
- Demonstrated capacity to cultivate strong relationships within the organization
- Management experience
- Familiarity with marketing ad platforms and other software - such as Contentful, Figma, Optimizely, Google Analytics, JIRA, Google Optimize, Hubspot, Google Search Console, SEMRush, Google Ads, Facebook & LinkedIn Ads Manager, etc.
