As (Snr) Director, Brand & Communications you will tell our story through a brand and communications strategy that encompasses brand marketing, communications, press & media and thought leadership. You will lead and inspire a high-performing team and work cross-functionally with the wider marketing team.
Role Responsibilities: What you'll doBuild the Brand & Communications strategy at Personio across Brand Marketing, Corporate & Executive Communications, Press & Media and Thought Leadership.
Develop a comprehensive brand marketing strategy to drive awareness and perception of Personio in line with our vision & values
Lead and coordinate integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including print, digital, influencers, events and collaborations
Drive an integrated communications strategy incorporating media briefings, speaking engagements, executive engagement, customer and partner activities and creative PR programs that span key markets in Europe.
Build thought leadership program leveraging customer, market, and business insights
Partner with Brand Creative to evolve the Personio brand identity
Lead, manage, mentor, and grow a high-performing team
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
10+ years of professional experience in Brand Marketing or Communications ideally at high growth technology SaaS companies
Proven track record of building strategies across Brand and/or Communications and executing campaigns that drive measurable results
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas that lead to impactful results.
Experience managing brand marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media and digital platforms.
Proficiency in analyzing marketing performance metrics to optimize strategies.
Exceptional organizational skills, balancing structure, and creativity.
Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on developing high-performing teams.
