Job description.

As a Director, Client Partner, you will be responsible for providing strategic and tactical support and leadership within your business portfolio along with a demonstrated ability to think and approach clients in a creative and consultative way. You will serve as a trusted advisor to our clients as well as our internal cross-disciplinary teams to ensure strong and growing relationships.

The Director, Client Partner will bring an entrepreneurial and growth mindset everyday along with executive consultative and business management capabilities that drive successful engagements across Huge products and services. 

The Director, Client Partner is curious and passionate about digital products, design, technology, experience and growth. They seek out challenging business opportunities where they can unlock a brand's transformation and do it with a team of innovative technologists and creative thinkers who together, make Huge moves. 

What we’d like to see:
  • Executive-level client management, account growth, and cross-functional support and leadership.
  • Keen ability to drive influence and choice, with demonstrated record of identifying client needs and ensuring solutions are linked to core business objectives.
  • Ability to profitably grow revenue under management and meet key milestones and deadlines. 
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to set and achieve business targets for a client account.
  • Consistent and successful management of client expectations and quality of work. 
  • Proficiency at translating client feedback into actionable plans and next steps.
  • Experience with product-based services and solutions in all or select aspects of marketing, brand, digital transformation, design, and technology. 
  • Global client experience, and an ability to work across teams and time zones.
  • Strategic development of new business pitches from RFP response to conversion. 
  • Experience partnering with Program Delivery to ensure work is projected and resourced accurately.
  • Excellent organizational awareness within a large matrixed company.
  • Strong presentation, verbal and written skills to develop well-positioned and thoughtful documents and presentations.
  • Clear demonstrated knowledge and desire to remain at the forefront of the digital product industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • A healthy competitive spirit.
