  • You minimize processing cycle times while optimizing annual recurring revenue (ARR) based on business priorities and deal structures
  • With a strong business partnering orientation, you will ensure that you and the team facilitate smooth month- and quarter-end sales sprints
Leading the evolution of our customer contract guard rails

  • As such, you will develop and nurture strong partnerships and collaboration across the company, including our colleagues in Sales, Customer Growth, Product, Legal and Finance, to determine the most effective guard rails framework
  • You use business intelligence and leverage data to understand what's working and what's not, reporting on trends, risks, and areas for the business to improve on
Driving operational excellence through people, processes and systems
  • You will build and further develop a small and highly capable “strike force” deal desk team
  • You will design, implement and evolve Deal Desk related processes for efficient scaling and drive continuous improvement initiatives to deliver an easy and frictionless experience
  • Through collaboration with our systems teams, you are heavily leveraging and improving the systems infrastructure, increasing the automation share of tasks to be done
  • As a natural extension, we consider to “forward integrate” also Billing Operations into the team (currently in build-up phase)

Role Requirements: What you need to succeed

  • Knowledge and skills typically associated with leading a Deal Desk including strong commercial acumen, structuring (including RevRec), negotiating, and pricing
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence and work collaboratively at all levels of the company, including advising senior management on key deals
  • Experienced to successfully manage conflicting viewpoints, professionally and respectfully, all while providing solutions
  • Strong systems expertise to automate and simplify deal flow processes as part of overall quote-to-cash process (especially Salesforce, CPQ)
  • Highly organized, customer-focused, and a high attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize at times of high volume during month-/quarter-end
  • Strong scaling and professionalization experience through working in both start/scale-ups and public companies with high growth
  • Excitement to work in a dynamic, fast-growing, and fun environment
  • Fluent in English (no German required)
