About the role

As Director, Global Account Services, you will lead media management and fulfillment for all global 3rd party distribution partners, including SVOD channel partners and Content Sales clients. You will ensure clients are highly successful in their launch of Crunchyroll content servicing all their needs including avails, metadata, artwork and media asset deliveries. You will build a best in class servicing team and develop client-focused automation, process improvements, and data-driven systems.

You will...

  • Be the main point of communication for all fulfillment needs of global 3rd party VOD and Broadcast clients
  • Ensure avails, metadata, artwork and media are delivered to each partner on time and in spec per each clients’ needs
  • Work with cross functional teams responsible for creating source materials across the supply chain to achieve client deadlines
  • Manage order completion and produce metrics for all deliveries
  • Evolve internal processes, systems and team structure to create distribution operations best practices and KPIs

In the role of Director, Global Account Services, you will report to the VP Content Operations and Localization.

About the Team

Content Operations is the media asset management core of Crunchyroll. We work with our content partners to receive media, perform necessary QC/transcoding and deliver to our platform, internal clients, localization and 3rd party clients. Content Operations ensures titles launch on Crunchyroll on time and with highest possible quality.

The Pay Range for this position is listed. Actual pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Crunchyroll’s Total Rewards offerings for employees.
