About the role: 

The Employee Communications Director at Nintex involves developing and executing internal communication strategies that further our business strategy by keeping employees engaged and updated on our progress. Key responsibilities include crafting messages, boosting engagement, and managing change communication. The ideal candidate has at least years of experience in internal or corporate communications.  

Your contribution will be:  

  • Cross-department Collaboration: Collaboration with intra-department peers like finance, human resources, IT and others to ensure employees understand action-oriented, important messages in a timely and clear manner. 
  • Message Development: Craft compelling and consistent messages that inform and engage employees, ensuring they are well-informed about company updates, initiatives, and culture. 
  • Employee Engagement: Develop and implement programs to boost employee engagement, motivation, and satisfaction, including recognition and feedback mechanisms. 
  • Change Management: Support change management initiatives by supporting leaders in developing clear, timely, and transparent communication during periods of change or transformation. 
  • Internal Platforms: Oversee the company's internal communication platforms, including intranet, email communications, Slack, and other relevant tools. 
  • Content Creation: Generate and oversee the creation of engaging content, such as articles, videos, presentations, and more, to share internally and promote company strategy and culture. 
  • Metrics and Analytics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of internal and employee communications efforts, providing data-driven insights for continuous improvement to company leaders, communications partners, and content creators. 
  • Crisis Communication: Develop and implement crisis communication plans to ensure that employees are informed and safe during unforeseen situations. 
  • Feedback Mechanisms: Create mechanisms for employees to provide feedback on communication effectiveness and act on this feedback for continuous improvement. 
  • Event Content Planning: Lead teams to develop content for regular meetings such as quarterly all-hands, annual employee meetings and kick-offs, celebrations, etc. 

To be successful, we think you need:  

  • Bachelor's degree 
  • Experience in an internal communications leadership position, with experience in the technology sector is extremely beneficial. 
  • Proven experience in developing and executing internal and employee communications strategies. 
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using communication tools and platforms.
  • Experience with change management and crisis communication.
  • Strong project management and analytical skills.
  • Experience partnering directly with members of the executive team. 

Technical Focus: SharePoint, Teams, Slack, TBD intranet platform, Active Directory
