The ChallengeWe are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Leader and Field Enablement to oversee our Field Enablement function and own the design, execution, and ongoing improvement of our Leader Enablement program. This individual will ensure our global GTM leaders and field teams are equipped with the skills, tools, and confidence to deliver exceptional business outcomes.

About the RoleAs the Director of Leader and Field Enablement, you will manage the team responsible for delivering impactful enablement for our GTM field organization, including product readiness, skills development, and sales process reinforcement. You will also own our Leader Enablement program, ensuring first-line and senior GTM leaders have the capabilities, frameworks, and resources needed to coach, guide, and grow their teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the global Field Enablement team, setting priorities, managing execution, and driving measurable impact on field productivity and revenue performance.
  • Own the Leader Enablement program, from needs assessment and design to delivery and measurement, ensuring leadership skills directly contribute to team success.
  • Partner closely with Product Enablement, Sales Operations, and Enablement Operations to align field and leader enablement with GTM priorities, product launches, and business objectives.
  • Define, measure, and report on program KPIs tied to adoption, performance improvement, and business results.
  • Develop playbooks, toolkits, and frameworks that leaders can use to coach, inspect, and reinforce critical sales behaviors.
  • Ensure consistency and scalability of enablement programs across regions, segments, and roles.
  • Facilitate live sessions, simulations, and coaching workshops for both field teams and leaders, including during major events like Sales Kickoff.
  • Direct feedback loops with GTM leaders to continuously improve content, delivery, and program impact.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 10 years’ work experience with 7+ years in sales enablement, field enablement, or GTM leadership roles in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Proven success in building and leading high-performing enablement teams.
  • Experience designing and delivering leader enablement programs with measurable impact on sales performance.
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies, sales process, and adult learning principles.
  • Expertise in coaching frameworks, leadership development, and operationalizing leader behaviors at scale.
  • Proficiency with enablement tech stack, including LMS (Docebo), CMS (Highspot), and project management tools (Jira).
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze enablement metrics and translate insights into action.
  • Experience working in global organizations across time zones and cultures.

For California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, and Washington-based candidates: the annual base pay range for this role is listed below. Within this range, individual pay is determined by several factors, including location, job-related skills, work experience, and relevant education and/or training. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, equity, and/or commissions, as well as benefits.

Salary Range$168,750—$2,531,250 USDWhere we Work
