Payoneer has an exciting opportunity for a Director, Organizational Development and Learning & Development to join our dynamic team. This pivotal leadership position will be instrumental in overseeing existing talent management initiatives while spearheading the implementation of new programs designed to foster organizational growth and development. Collaborating closely with business leaders and HRBPs, you will champion a culture of talent excellence, driving the execution of top-tier talent management, learning & development, and change management processes on a global scale.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead, manage, and execute global talent management and organizational development initiatives aligned with business objectives
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of organizational needs and develop strategic programs to support business goals
- Manage performance appraisal, promotion, onboarding and feedback programs
- Responsible for optimizing organizational effectiveness through services including talent matching & movement, succession planning and organizational design & structure
- Lead change management efforts and proactively drive initiatives related to restructuring or business unit reorganization
- Collaborate with leaders to understand current and future skill needs and develop learning & development programs accordingly
- Implement learning technologies and platforms to facilitate efficient and effective knowledge sharing and learning across the organization
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and innovations in organizational development, talent management, and learning & development
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development, promoting employee engagement and retention
- Integrate Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives into all aspects of talent management and organizational development
- Analyze data and create reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field preferred
- · 12+ years of global HR experience with a focus on learning and development and/or organizational development
- · Proficiency in synthesizing complex ideas and information to develop actionable organizational objectives and solutions
- · Expertise in driving change and facilitating integration within an organization
- · Results-oriented professional with a proactive approach to decision-making and execution
- · Exceptional communication, relationship management, and influencing skills
- · Strong analytical capability and ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment

In accordance with New York City Law, below is the annual base salary range for this position. Actual annual base salary is based on, but not limited to: experience, education, professional licenses, location and business needs. The position is eligible for health insurance, disability insurance, life insurance, 401k plan, paid-time off, and sick (and where applicable safe) leave. This position is also eligible for a discretionary year-end bonus.
The annual base salary range for this position is: $150,000-$210,000
