We’re looking for
A highly talented Director of B2B Customer Success Management based in Shanghai (preferred) or Shenzhen, responsible for business development on B2B existing customers including strategic and key accounts.
What’s the job?
The Director of B2B Customer Success Management is responsible for managing a CSM team and driving growth through the sale of B2B related products and/or services to existing merchants in their specific market and vertical. Collaborate with global and cross functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and optimize B2B solutions for China customers.
Is this you?
Oversee and manage existing B2B client relationship and play an active role in developing and building long-term relationships with top users to identify emerging business, collaboratively develop value propositions that address client needs.
Be proactive in strengthening existing relationships and creating new ones to maximize acquisition, retention, and up-sell.
Growing the company’s capability in financial services industry and develop the vision and plan to execute a go-to-market strategy, collaborating with the analytics, business development managers, sales and delivery teams for developing offerings and cross-selling to existing clients and prospects.
Be accountable for increasing user health, managing day-to-day operations, and scaling the team. Coach, mentor and guide the team in developing consultative and solution-based account skills.
Effectively work cross-functionally across the organization to shape business solutions to meet client needs.
Build business success stories and case studies.
Maintaining all information of customer activity within CRM platform.
Drive events, below the line activities and represent Payoneer in industry forums to drive awareness.
Not a must but great advantages
10 years+ experience in financial & internet MNC companies and 5 years+ experience in team management
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical practice, MBA degree of equivalent preferred
Experience in B2B industry is preferred
Deep understanding of cross-border payment industry and B2B ecosystem’s issues and a vision for its growth
Strategic thinking and effectively influence cross-functional teams
Effective analytical, communication, and presentation skills
Being comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high energy environment.
Possess account management background that enables him or her to drive engagement with respective stakeholders.
He/she should also be a self-starter who is prepared to develop and execute on customer development plan at scale.
