Job Location: Remote/Hybrid

This role is a remote position in the United States. Occasional travel to company HQ in Needham, MA as necessary.

What You’ll Do

  • Own company performance against our membership hero metrics, including leading planning efforts to ensure our work will meaningfully move the needle on our membership goals.

  • Lead the cross-functional team to continually refine and evolve our member value proposition and holistic offering, including defining the future roadmap for our recently launched recognition program, Achievements.

  • Manage the membership program budget to maximize the ROI of our investments.

  • Build business cases for new program investments and growth opportunities.

  • Keep a pulse on competitor programs, identify new models to explore test. 

  • Pursue new external partnerships to unlock member benefits / enhance the member value proposition.

  • Partner with the Advertising team to identify ways to deliver value to partners via our membership offering.

Skills & Experience

  • 5-7+ years experience in Loyalty, Membership, or Strategy roles, with a proven track record of solving problems and driving change.  Travel loyalty experience a plus!

  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams with excellent stakeholder management.

  • An organized, proactive self-starter who thinks and operates like a GM; able to identify what needs to get done, then willing and able to make it happen.

  • A data-driven individual who can draw insights from numbers and back up recommendations with sound analysis.

  • Ability to embrace change and balance multiple priorities - with strong instincts for and ability to focus on what matters most.

  • Distinctive written and verbal communication skills – able to synthesize complex topics into clear statements and plans.

  • Passion for travel and the role Tripadvisor can play for travelers and our partners.

The salary range for this role is $175,000 to $220,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. An employee’s pay position within the wage range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs. This compensation range may also be modified in the future
