This role is integral for our leadership in Operations, driving forward critical migrations, orchestrating large-scale transformations, and ensuring the seamless execution of strategic initiatives. Your expertise will be instrumental in translating vision into tangible outcomes, optimizing our operational landscape, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You'll blend strategic foresight with hands-on program leadership, acting as a key partner across the organization to deliver significant business impact.
✅Responsibilities and Duties

We are seeking a skilled, results-oriented professional, passionate about operational excellence and strategic execution, and looking to expand their influence and responsibility.You would:Act as a trusted strategic partner within our Operations team, supporting in critical decision-making, strategic planning, and the execution of high-priority initiatives.
- Manage complex operational migration projects, ensuring seamless transitions, minimal disruption, and successful adoption of new systems, processes, or organizational structures.
- Design, implement, and oversee significant operational transformation programs, identifying areas for improvement, re-engineering processes, and driving efficiency and effectiveness across the operations function.
- Provide comprehensive program management oversight for a portfolio of strategic operational initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals, managing budgets, resources, timelines, and reporting on progress to senior leadership.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, acting as a central coordinator to ensure alignment and effective communication between operations, product, engineering, finance, and other key departments.
- Implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures that enhance efficiency, scalability, and resilience.
- Identify, analyze, and solve complex operational challenges, developing data-driven recommendations and executing solutions.
- Cultivate an environment that values diverse perspectives, fosters accountability, and promotes continuous learning and improvement within the operations team.
- Prepare and present executive-level reports, dashboards, and communications on operational performance, strategic initiative progress, and key insights.

Experience:
- 6+ years of progressive experience in operations leadership roles, with a demonstrable track record in driving operational excellence.
- Proven success in leading and delivering large-scale migration projects (e.g., system, process, or organizational migrations).
- Extensive experience in orchestrating and managing significant operational transformation initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience in supporting a senior executive, with strong strategic planning and execution capabilities.
- Robust background in program and portfolio management, including managing complex, cross-functional initiatives from conception to completion.

- Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable operational plans.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and engaging stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership.
- Strong change management expertise, with a proven ability to lead teams through periods of significant organizational change.
- Expertise in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) and their practical application.
- Proven ability to define, track, and manage operational metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Deep understanding and practical application of operational excellence principles.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using project/program management tools and operational analytics platforms.

- A natural leader with the ability to inspire and motivate teams, even without direct reporting lines.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and foster a collaborative environment.

Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- MBA or a Master's degree in a relevant discipline is highly preferred.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or other relevant program/change management certifications (e.g., PRINCE2, PROSCI) are a significant advantage.
