THE WORK:

Are you a meticulous and diligent Program Manager seeking an opportunity to craft the future of a dynamic, fast-paced company? We're seeking someone with proven experience to join our growing Strategic Initiatives team and make a real difference.

In this role, you'll work hand-in-hand with functional leaders to identify, advance, and support key cross-company programs that boost Ripple’s market position and operating efficiency. This role is perfect for someone passionate about taking initiative, solving problems, and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks. This individual contributor position reports to our Senior Director of Strategic Initiatives. For those motivated by an environment full of ambiguity, growth, and exciting challenges, this is the role to consider.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
  • Be a trusted partner: Collaborate with senior leaders and functional teams to align on strategic priorities and drive impactful initiatives forward.
  • Own key initiatives: Lead the program management of time-sensitive, high-impact initiatives that propel Ripple ahead.
  • Facilitate and align: Lead efficient meetings that further alignment, ensuring everyone has the information needed to succeed.
  • Drive success: Run cross-functional processes, help key decisions get made, and support teams to deliver major projects and outcomes.
  • Remove roadblocks: Identify and address obstacles promptly to maintain efficient progress of initiatives.
  • Enable transparent communication: Maintain project plans, knowledge bases, and other resources to ensure clarity and alignment across teams.
  • Identify priorities: Pinpoint critical path activities and help focus efforts where they matter most.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING: 

  • Experienced professional: 10+ years of program management or consulting experience, with an understanding of blockchain being a plus.
  • Value collaboration: Embraces in-person collaboration in a hybrid environment while working effectively with a global workforce, with the ability to be in the office three days a week.
  • Proven leadership: A track record of planning, leading, and supervising complex programs, with the ability to work independently and take ownership.
  • Collaboration and influence: Ability to lead and influence both internal and external partners effectively.
  • Resourceful and proactive: Thrives in fast-paced environments and tackles ambitious challenges with persistence.
  • People-focused: Outstanding interpersonal skills, with an ability to build strong, trusted relationships across the organization.
  • Communication matters: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to keep teams informed and achieving agreement with senior stakeholders.
For positions that will be based in CA, the annual salary range for this position is below. Actual salaries may vary based on numerous factors including, among other things, an individual applicant’s experience and qualifications for the position. This range does not include equity or additional compensation, such as bonuses or commissions. CA Annual Base Salary Range$196,000—$245,000 USD
