Teads is seeking a dynamic and results oriented Director of Revenue Operations to join our United Stages Operations team. As a Director of Revenue Operations, you will play a crucial rolein driving the company’s revenue growth by overseeing lead generation, goal setting processes, yield management and by monitoring churn and retention.  You will collaborate closely with sales, marketing and customer experience teams to optimize end-to-end revenue operations and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Develop and implement strategies for effective lead generation to fuel the sales pipeline.
  • Analyze lead conversion data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes accordingly.
  • Work closely with sales leadership to establish clear and measurable revenue goals.
  • Continuously assess and refine goal-setting processes based on performance and market dynamics.
  • Define and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress towards revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with Business Intelligence to design and implement systems for monitoring customer churn and retention rates.
  • Collaborate with customer experience and product teams to identify factors influencing churn and develop strategies to enhance customer retention.
  • Create regular reports and dashboards, to communicate key performance metrics to leadership.
  • Develop forecasting models to predict revenue growth and inform strategic decision making.
  • Build a pricing and yield management infrastructure to support overall business health.

Requirements:

  • 7-10+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation strategies, goal setting processes and churn and retention monitoring.
  • Strong understanding of yield management principles.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data driven mindset.
  • Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau)
  • Experience with CRM and revenue operations tools (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot.)
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience

The base salary range is $140K-$180K; Salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with this role. Pay is based on various non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to experience, education, and skills.
