We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Revenue Operations to lead the revenue operations team and operationalise our go-to-market strategies. This role will be key in accelerating our sales velocity by enhancing our processes, forecasting & pipeline management, and technology.

You will be required to roll-up your sleeves, and work directly with the models/data. You will drive towards simple, scalable solutions to difficult problems, have advanced project-management skills, and be able to communicate complex analytical results, both written and verbally, in a clear and easy-to-understand way.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead and Develop a team of Revenue Operations Specialists to execute the Global Revenue Operations Strategy 
  • Be a trusted advisor to Sales and Marketing Leadership and support the delivery of OKRs, putting a framework in place to report, analyse, and measure progress against them.
  • Oversee the design, development, delivery of pipeline management models, metrics, reports, and analysis to drive key business decisions across the Commercial organisation, ensuring alignment with global counterparts. 
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Customer success leadership to formulate and execute on go-to-market strategies, managing initiatives from ideation to execution.
  • Ability to conduct sophisticated, detailed analysis and clearly communicate results through written and verbal channels.
  • Identify opportunities to drive revenue including making recommendations and suggestions on GTM strategies.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline the customer lifecycle.
  • Identify opportunities to improve our operational efficiencies and lead efforts to scale and align the business.
  • Continuously support the development of our tech stack, including gathering requirements, monitoring data hygiene, and implementing and documenting solutions to meet business needs. 
  • Team Leadership: Mentor, guide, and develop the Revenue Operations team, ensuring they have the capacity, resources and skills needed to excel. Support the Senior Director of Revenue Operations on the execution of strategy. 

Who you are:

  • Proven experience in the areas of financial planning or revenue operations, either in a B2B or SaaS company. 
  • Experience designing and delivering Revenue Performance Insights, Sales coverage modelling, Sales productivity, revenue reporting, forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Experience working within a high-growth technology company would be beneficial.
  • Self-motivated, action-oriented, multi-tasking individual with a great sense of urgency and follow-through. 
  • Good verbal and written communications skills as well as the ability to work effectively cross functionally and across regions.
  • Motivated leader who is proactive and action-oriented.
  • Proven ability to not only inform and formulate proposals, but also to lead the design and implement solutions that drive towards cross functional efficiency.
  • End to end project management and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to think strategically, but also have a high attention to detail to drive program management execution.
  • Previous experience managing a distributed team.
